I am very disappointed that this wasn't properly created in mail chimp. the images and elements should have been broken up- you should just give me a refund.

I'm sorry, This was a dissapointment for us both. You placed the order without contacting me prior to present me with your brief about the project, your needs, requirements or specifications. You also did not communicate at all for over a month. I sent several messages prior to delivering and never heard back. Further, I've offer for you to cancel the order and get a refund. Going forward, please work on your communications with buyers, be clear about what you need, because not doing so affects the experience for us both.
